Carbon Black N234 is recommended to be used in the tread rubber of tires for heavy lorries, for ordinary cars, and the rubber products required for high strength and high wear resistance.
The rubber filled with N234 provides better wear resistance intensity than filled with N220 and N33., N234 is about 10% wear resistance intensity higher than N220, especially shows well wear resistance under strong pressure. N234 is good process ability, glossy and flat surface after crushed, which fits for all kinds of rubbers, while it could easily get heated, and high hysteresis loss.
