GM5066 is a heat stable, super fine and micronized chromium oxide green pigment. It fulfills the higher requirements necessary in the paint and coating industry. The product is also used for coloring plastics or masterbatches and can be applied in the field of Wood Plastic Composites. Moreover, it can also be applied in the paper industry for the coloration of laminate paper. GM5066 exhibits good dispersibility, even in processes which have short dwell times and relatively low shear forces. It is easy to break down and distribute to reach its final tinting strength quickly. It does not migrate and is very lightfast, weather stable, strong coloring strength and covering strength. The pigment has been developed particularly for applications where high heat stability is required. Furthermore, the content of chrome (VI) is very low even zero. Chrome Oxide Green GM5066 is equivalent to Colortherm Green GN-M.
