With high speed development of Chinese economics for years, it occurs that supply has exceeded demand much in the market nearly for all industries, hence in 2015, Chinese Government issued Supply-Side Structural Reform, and makes it implemented since 2016, while in 2017, it is the most key year, as all chemcial factories are facing many more problems to operate factories, such as sewage disposal, safety in production, equipment control etc.. All these are delaying production heavily, delivery is also delayed accordingly. With the reform, economic structure will be better and better.
